    Scope of Position-

    Customer Retention Associate (CRA) is a Loan Officer responsible for recovery of  NPA cases. CRA supports the Loan Officers and the branch to help regularize & retain >90 NPA members for fresh disbursements.

    Roles and Responsibilities-

    ·        Support for LOs & the branch to help regularize & retain >90 NPA members for fresh disbursements.

    ·        Assist in clearing overdue (OD) amounts.

    ·        Regular follow up with OD Customers to clear their dues.

    ·        Collections: Ensure timely collection of monthly EMI’s from the clients & deposit the same to the company account.

    ·        Build and maintain a positive relation with customers to ensure retention and high-level customer satisfaction.

    ·        Learn and develop effective sales strategies to achieve the branch targets.

    ·        Prepare a route map with an intent to meet and motivate NPA customers at least twice a week.

    ·        Meet, motivate and convince the NPA customers to clear dues.

    ·        Educate members on the importance of credit score and impact of defaulting loan.

    ·        Inform benefits of re-payment like getting Higher ticket sizes and various other loan products to customers.

    ·        Issue cash receipt vouchers (CRV) for every collection made.

    ·        After collection is done for the day, tally cash at branch and handover to BM with CRV and Denomination sheet.

    ·        To encourage NPA members to attend Centre Meeting.

    Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

     

    Job Specification-

    ·        12th / Higher secondary education is mandatory.

    ·        At least 6 months tenure as Loan Officer with Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited.

    ·        Motor cycle with Driving license is mandatory.

    ·        Proficiency in local language is required.

    ·        Open to travel.
