Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s ESG strategy and framework, aligned with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct materiality assessments and ESG analysis to identify priority ESG issues, emerging trends, risks and opportunities.
• Define ESG KPIs and lead impact assessments to measure, monitor, and improve sustainability performance.
• Prepare, review, and support ESG, sustainability, and BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting) reports and disclosures for investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams—including finance, legal, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders—to integrate ESG considerations and enable accurate data collection, reporting, and disclosures.
