    Scope of the Position

    The Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner role is responsible for driving end?to?end hiring for Head Office positions and partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support. The position ensures availability of the right talent, strengthens organizational culture, improves employee experience, and supports business outcomes through effective HR interventions.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for HO & leadership roles across functions.
    • Lead sourcing strategy across referrals, vendors, direct search, job portals, and local hiring channels to build ready talent pipelines.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure role clarity, hiring quality, and speed of execution, while aligning with approved manpower plans and budgets.
    • Ensure selection quality through structured screening, interview scorecards, and assessment practices; reduce early attrition and improve quality of hire.
    • Manage offer process and joining conversion, including compensation alignment, approvals, candidate engagement, and pre?boarding activities.
    • Additionally, under core HR Operations - Act as HRBP for HO teams—employee relations, engagement, performance management.
    • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, HRIS, successful closures of TAQ audits.
    • Partner with leaders to drive culture-building, manpower planning, and HR initiatives.

    Job Specifications

    • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
    • 10-12 years of experience in TA & HRBP roles, ideally in BFSI/NBFC or large corporates.
