     Scope of the Position

    The State HR Manager is responsible for monitoring various human resource functions within the state, including recruitment, manpower planning, employee engagement, attrition management, and compliance. This role involves closely monitoring branch activities, conducting regular visits, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Hiring of Cluster Manager and below positions using various channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, walk-ins.
    • Conduct manpower planning to fill staffing gaps and ensure optimal branch strength.
    • Conduct weekly reviews with Regional HR Executives, assessing recruitment numbers and drop-out ratios, and ensuring understanding of HR policies.
    • Regularly connect with Operations team, update on any change in policies and processes.
    • Manage Onboarding and branch exposure for newly recruited employees.
    • Monitor drop-out ratios, absconding, resignations during training, or post-training.
    • Analyse employee attrition and retention , conducting exit interviews as necessary.
    • Organize and oversee employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
    • Handle employee complaints and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to HR policies.
    • Conduct regular visits to branches, addressing branch observations and issues and interaction with Loan Officers and Branch Managers.
    • Facilitate Full and Final settlements within TAT, for departing employees.
    • Handle complaints of unauthorized absence, issuing show cause notices, and initiating termination procedures if necessary.
    • Tag non-financial cases in HRMS for documentation and tracking purposes.
    • Stay connected with peers within the industry to stay updated on industry developments.

    Job Specifications

    • MBA in Human Resource Management /Relevant experience in similar industry.
    • Experience of 5 to 8 years in relevant field.
