Mr. Avinash Tiwari has more than 18 years of versatile experience in IT Infrastructure & operations. Having worked across different industries such as IT services, gaming, LPO, and Captive Finance, he has been associated with Midland Credit Management, headed the Global Infrastructure & operations for UnitedLex, worked with Aristocrat Technologies, and in the Indian IT service industry with TCS, iGATE, and CMS.

Mr. Jiten Bhojani has over 20 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing, channel management, team building and handling large distribution sales force across geographies. Prior to joining Spandana, Mr. Jiten was associated with organizations like Godrej & Boyce, Idea Cellular and Vodafone Idea Ltd. He is an MBA from RD Gardi Business School and has an engineering degree from Gujarat University.

Mahesh Halemane has 17 years of professional experience working across various financial products, including Retail Assets and Collections, Insurance, MFI and Cross-Selling of products and services. Prior to Spandana, Mr. Mahesh was associated with Aye Finance, IDFC First Bank, L&T Finance, KBS Bank Ltd and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. Mr. Mahesh is an MBA from Vijayanagara Institute of Management Studies which was affiliated to Gulbarga University.

Mr. Omkar Namdev has been working with Spandana Sphoorty for the last 14 years and has honed skills in business expansion, building & handling large teams and managing a profitable lending portfolio. He has done a B.Com degree.

Mr. Palanisamy brings over 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceuticals, Life Insurance and Financial services sector, including roles in leading organizations such as Pfizer Inc, HDFC Life & Kotak Life. In his previous leadership role at IIFL Samasta, he had successfully established a learning academy for driving field training and capability development of supervisory level. A passionate trainer and an expert in outbound learning activities, he loves public speaking and has been a keynote speaker at various forums and universities. Mr. Palanisamy has completed his B.SC (Hons) in Physics from Bharathiar University and is a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) from American Society for Training & Development.

Mr. Rahul Dhamale brings over 17+ years of experience in the financial services industry. His forte lies in ratings, financial analysis, lender relationship management, and capital markets. In his previous assignment, he was associated with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank as Head- ERM (Enterprise Risk Management). He had also worked in the Treasury, responsible for asset and liability management for the bank. His earlier workplaces include Care Ratings, L&T and CEAT Tyres.

Mr. Sanjaya Kumar Sahoo has over 17 years of extensive experience in the Microfinance industry. He has worked across operations, credit assessment and has been an integral part of the team responsible for business expansion in his earlier assignments. Prior to Spandana, Mr. Sanjaya was associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd (BFIL). At BFIL he was part of a team that implemented cashless disbursement – one of the first large microfinance players to do so.

Mr. Srikanth Kalagoni has over 20 years of extensive experience in the Microfinance industry. He has worked across operations, credit assessment and in business expansions. Having experience in the areas of MIS, Business Planning, Budget controlling, Incentives and KRA design. Prior to joining Spandana, Mr. Srikanth was associated with organizations like Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and Samrat Solutions Private Limited (Service provider for ICICI Bank Limited). He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Diploma in Computer Applications.

Mr. Sudarshan Patil brings with him more than 8 years of experience in Microfinance Business, Liability sales and operations, with expertise in Business planning and Team Management. He was previously associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd as the State Business Head in Maharashtra. Sudarshan has a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Agricultural Engineering and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Agri Business Management from Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management Pune.

Mr. Suresh Kumar Yadav has 17+ years of experience in the areas of Microfinance, liabilities, Retail & Financial services having worked with Bharat financial inclusion limited as GM-Operations. He is current the SVP – Operations for North region.

Mr. Tejbir Singh is part of the Risk Management department at Spandana Sphoorty Ltd and is responsible for management and governance around non-IT risks. He is with the company since Sep’23 and carries two decades of rich experience in the areas of credit, investments, and Enterprise Risk Management across banking and insurance with professional stints at State Bank of Hyderabad (now SBI), HSBC Bank, and Max Life Insurance Co Ltd. Tejbir completed his graduation from Delhi University and post-graduation from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Vijay Bhasker Majeti holds a master’s degree in law having over 17 years of experience in the areas of Legal, Compliance and Secretarial functions predominantly in microfinance and BFSI sector. Prior to Spandana he was associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (formerly known as SKS Microfinance Limited) and Karvy Computershare Private Limited. He was part of the IPO team handling the due diligence of SKS Microfinance from Secretarial and worked on activities like ESOPs and QIP’s. In his last assignment with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited he was into core Legal and Compliance function handling Litigation, Contract Management by comprehending applicable RBI Directions and was involved in the merger between Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and IndusInd Bank Limited.

Mr. Vipin is a seasoned professional with 10+ years’ of experience. Over the years, he has honed skills in business expansion, building and handling large teams and managing a profitable lending portfolio. Prior to Spandana, Mr. Vipin was associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd actively involved in expanding the business in new geographies, setting up of two-wheeler financing, digital collection initiative and cross sale. He holds MBA from IIFM, Bhopal and is a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communication from RGPV, Bhopal.
